Ingredients for 2 people

  • 200 grams of durum wheat
  • 2 eggs
  • White Truffle Sauce T & C
  • Vegetable broth to taste


Preparation:

Prepare the flour and form the classic fountain, where you go to add eggs. Begin to mix with a fork and then proceed with your hands: the dough should be elastic, hard and porous;

Now let the dough rest for 30 minutes covered with a damp cloth, then begins to spread: the dough will reach the 0.3 / 0.7 mm thick;

When the dough is ready, roll it and cuts the macaroni with a width between 0.8 and 1.2 mm;

Find below the macaroni folded in half on the food paper and allowed to dry for 24-36 hours;

Once ready you just have to cook them in salted water and season with our White Truffle Sauce slightly diluted with a little ‘vegetable broth.
