Ingredients for 4 people

  • 250g Noodles with Black Truffle
  • butter 120g
  • Beef broth to taste
  • 90g black truffle sauce
  • Parmesan cheese to taste

Preparation:

Boil water, add salt (please add 10g of salt per liter of water) and add the noodles. The cooking of noodles is about 2 minutes. In a pan, add the stock, the truffle sauce, butter and heat to evaporate without the broth. Once cooked noodles, pour them into the pan with the preparation and blow them up. Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan.
