The Black Truffle Sauce is already ready and perfect. Its dark color will stand out on each dish and you just have to blend it with pasta, roasted or boiled meats, omits. If you want to indulge yourself like the great chefs, use it in the preparation of snails, roast trout and fillets-mignon with truffles.
